WHAT'S NEW   Torrance Float Wins Princess Trophy at the Pasadena Tournament of Rose Parade The City of Torrance float "The Lyrical Call of Nature" was awarded the Princess Trophy for being the float with the most outstanding floral presentation among entries 35 feet and under in length. We want to congratulate and thank all the volunteers and the Torrance Rose Float Association for working endlessly to bring this creation to life! Also, congratulations to West High School's Jodie Cheng for designing such a beautiful float!
