*New Altadena Disaster Recovery Center Opens Next Week*

Rain is expected Saturday, Jan. 25, though Monday, Jan. 27 in Los Angeles [ https://www.weather.gov/lox/?utm_content=&utm_medium=email&utm_name=&utm_source=govdelivery&utm_term= ]. The latest forecast calls for a quarter to a half inch of rain with 10-20% chance of thunderstorms.

Ahead of the anticipated rain, Public Works is providing free sandbags to residents in areas impacted by the wildfires to help protect their property from potential flooding and debris flow.
