NOMINATE WWII Internment Camp Wall Memorial Advisory Committee Are you a Torrance resident interested in serving your community? Applications are now being accepted to serve on the WWII Interment Camp Wall Memorial Advisory Committee! The committee will consult on the design, construction, and implementation of the new wall memorial planned at Columbia Park.
