This is a 2 bed 2 bath unit, the other room is occupied by a quiet American lady and a cat. （ The cat will not come into the room you are renting. It is a very secure area with good security. The room you are renting has a single bed, standing desk, full-length mirror, storage, etc. and is ready to move in with just one trunk. The room is lockable.
The apartment has a jacuzzi, sauna and gym at your disposal.
There is a bus stop to Santa Monica ・ UCLA in 8 minutes walking distance. supermarkets such as Ralphs are not within walking distance, but we can lend you a bicycle if you wish. It takes about 12 minutes by bicycle. There is also a farmer's market in the neighborhood on Saturdays. Easy access to beaches and restaurants.
