I am looking for a roommate for a monthly or short term stay.

Located on E 1st Street between Alamitos and Bonito Streets.

Very well located near restaurants, downtown shopping, convention center, theaters, outlet malls, and within walking distance to Shoreline Village Less than a mile away is Bixby Park, where free yoga classes are offered. Private rooms are available. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared. The rooms are located on the 3rd （ top floor ） and are very quiet as there are no neighboring rooms. The size of the private room is about 6 ～ 8 tatami mats, not large but equipped with a closet with enough storage space for one person. Additionally, a small IKEA wardrobe and a mini-fridge are available. In addition, there is a queen-size bed, and the kitchen and dishes are at your disposal.

The rent is $975/month including utilities and Wi-Fi. For short term stays, the cleaning fee is $60 per night, and for stays of 7 nights or more, there is a $100 cleaning fee.

There is a shared washer and dryer on site that can be used for a fee （ Washer ： $2, Dryer ： $1.75 ）.

Parking is on the street. It is relatively easy to find a parking space before 6 pm.

If you don't have a car, the bus stop is a 3-5 minute walk and the tram station is a 5-6 block walk away, allowing you to reach most parts of LA and Surf City by bus or streetcar.

Long-term contracts are not required, and monthly contracts are fine. However, if you do not wish to renew the contract, please let us know 30 days in advance.

One cat and an elementary school child live with the host. We do not speak Japanese, so please use English when you contact us.
