I am renting a room on the second floor as I am going back to Japan for 6 months to a year. My American husband and son live on the first floor, so I can study English.
You can use the entrance directly to the second floor. The bathroom will be shared with a student who will be looking for a room on the second floor. （ The master son uses one bathroom ）


Rent will be on a six-month contract.
Deposit at move-in is half of Rent. If there is nothing to fix, you will be refunded $ 75 for cleaning fee when you move out.
You can use the kitchen freely.
No curfew, but no drugs. You can smoke outside the house.


Townhome is in a gated community. There is gate security at the gate for your peace of mind.
Security is on the prowl at night with golf carts.　There are tennis courts and a pool in the community. We have a golden retriever on the ground floor. Please do not come if you do not like dogs.
