Townhouse close to OCC Furnished master bedroom

Hello, I'm looking for a tenant for a townhouse just 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes bus ride from OCC.

We are looking for tenants in a townhouse 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes bus ride from OCC, and only a few minutes to 405 fairview, so it is easy to drive to work or school.

The room is a master bed with private toilet and shower. Kitchen, washer and dryer are at your disposal. There are two swimming pools in the townhouse for your use. If you have a car, please ask about parking.

We are three working women. We have a French bulldog and her son, so please be a lover of dogs and animals. Our dog is a picky eater and is not good with other animals, so please do not bring any animals.

Basically, this room is for one person. Friends are not allowed to stay in the room.

The move-in date is set for mid-June, but if you have a preferred date, please contact us.
