Why not share a whole house?

We are looking to rent an entire house with 4-5 people.
We currently have 3 people together, all 23-24 years old, full time workers.

We are looking for a place with as much freeway access as possible in Foutain Valley, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Huntington Beach
and have started previewing some.

$ about 850-1200 + utilities
discuss rent depending on room size.

One of the members already decided wants a master bedroom, so the bathroom will be shared.
