I am looking for a housemate to live in a quiet, gated townhouse that I am currently renting ！

House is a 3 bed/2 bath on 3 floors (1235 Sq. Ft.) with washer/dryer and AC/heat.
Everything is shared except the rooms.

6 tatami mats
room key, closet, furnished
new mattress
rent is $ 880
deposit is $ 600 per month including all utilities and wifi

*Immediate move in
*This month's rent is free.
(Only deposit will be taken. )
*Contract of stay is 6 months
*Parking is street parking.
*If you don't have a car, there is a bus stop to Torrance/Gardena right in front of the townhouse.
*No pets, guests, or smokers are allowed.
