We are looking for a female roommate.
The location is near the shopping mall Centry City, and the street is clean + very safe.
UCLA is 12 minutes away by bicycle, and the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes walking distance. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away by bicycle. especially recommended for UCLA related people.

・ The room is fully furnished.
・ 2nd floor of the apartment
・ private bedroom + private bathroom
・ full kitchen, living room is shared with the landlord （ a woman who loves Japan ）.
・ Hummingbirds visit the balcony.
・ Washing machine is in the same building.
・ Rent $ 1400/month Utilities ・ wifi all included.

*The rent is unbeatable in this area, so we get a flood of calls every time we post it on other websites in the US. Again, considering the burden on the landlord, we have posted it again on this site, where there are many Japanese-related people.
