There were posts like the one I experienced, so I decided to be brave and write one myself. You should be careful with companies that are trying to start something new (especially food and beverage companies). Even though the owner himself is inexperienced and not well educated, the pressure on those around him can be great. Sometimes the employment details you were told have changed, making it difficult to trust them. Every day we see new stores, new businesses, new companies... but I hope we can work comfortably with each other.
