Female drinking friend who loves dogs

I am looking for female friends who are in their 40's, 50's, early 60's and can have a drink between Torrance and Santa Monica.
To be clear,
I don't have any female friends that I feel comfortable with and can stimulate each other.
I'm not looking for just anyone to have a drink with
I've been looking for someone like that too. I am not looking for just anyone to have a drink with, but I am looking for someone like that too.
This is the second time I am looking for friends like this, but
I can't seem to find them.
Finding real friends in the U.S. may be a matter of luck. However, I felt that if I don't make a move from time to time, the probability of meeting people is already limited and low in my limited living area.
And I am beginning to feel uneasy because I don't know whether I will stay here or go back to my home country when I am alone at my age. If financially
I don't have any problems,
if I have even one friend of the same sex whom I can trust,
I think I will be able to have a more positive attitude and way of thinking in my life,
and I wonder if I will feel more secure living here. I would be happy to talk with a woman who is positive, loves dogs,
loves to drink, and has exactly the same feelings as me at the same time
I would be happy to talk with a woman around that age.
