Humidifier. （ I bought this humidifier when I was feeling dry and colds were prevalent It was around $55 at the time ）

It can hold 2 gallons of water and the mist lasts for 12 － 120 hours.
I liked that the steam was pleasantly visible, it was quiet, and I didn't have to fill it with water all day long. The tank is large, so it can be spread over a large area of the room.
It has been cleaned each time it is used, and since it has been in storage since we moved, it is very clean and free of tartar, mold, etc.

There is a slot for aroma oil in a small corner on the back. The small mat inside will be cleaned up, but there is a replacement Essential Oil Refill Pad on the market, so you may want to change it if you are concerned.
It can be used without aroma.
