Rowing Machine This is a full body exercise

machine that burns a lot of calories with little joint strain. I bought it because I heard the effects were great （ $180 on Amazon site for reference ）.
It works the whole body ／ with less stress on the joints ／ and burns a lot of calories.
Also, this is not a typical rowing machine where you pull back and forth, but rather you pull while rotating your shoulders like a boat, which I thought was more effective for the arms.
It was convenient to have it in a vertical position when not in use. It is in beautiful condition.


I decided to rearrange my home gym, so this is for someone who can make use of it.
