We are looking for someone to clean up.

I am currently living in a small 2 bed 1 bath apartment （ 1st floor ） in Hawthorne.　We are looking for someone who is willing to come and clean once every other week for about 3 hours because we both work, have a small child, and are not very good at cleaning.　
No pets.　Currently every other week, but may be asked to come every week in the future. We have had a cleaning person come to our house until recently, so we don't think it is particularly dirty. Unfortunately, our schedule no longer works with the previous person and we are looking for someone else.

You do not have to be a professional, but we would prefer someone who has experience cleaning other people's homes in the past. You can use any cleaning tools （ or vacuum cleaner ） that you have at home, but we ask that you bring your own basic cleaning tools, as everyone has their own preferences.

Preferred day of the week is Monday or Thursday.　Hours are flexible.　As for the hourly rate, we would like to decide depending on the conditions and experience.
