Free Self Defense Workshop - Women's Class

Why don't you learn the minimum knowledge and skills on how to protect yourself in an emergency ？.
The theme of this workshop is self defense and situational awareness.

The first 30 minutes will focus on situational awareness and daily preparedness.
The second 90 minutes will focus on all practical self-defense techniques to minimize attack and facilitate escape.
