Made in 2016, purchased from Bestbuy, used all the time, no problems with use. We are selling it to replace it.

Two of the AV ports on the back are jammed and cannot be used.
They are white and red.
Please be careful if you use there.
Other terminals are not blocked or anything. i have used it with Amazon fire stick plugged in and it works fine. I have never used the other terminals, so I cannot be absolutely sure that they can be used without problems.
No outer box.
