** Purpose

The City of Los Angeles, through the Los Angeles Housing Department ("LAHD"), is pleased to announce the Call for Projects for the Homekey+ Program.

Through the submission of the online Project Information Survey, the LAHD will review submissions to determine which projects will be selected to co-apply to the State HCD Homekey+ NOFA.


Proposal Submission Deadline(s)

Monday, January 13, 2025 at 5:00 PM PST - For Projects with prior HCD or other awards in need of gap financing to commence construction

Monday, January 27, 2025 at 5:00 PM PST - For all other Project Types

Proposals shall be accepted no later than 5:00 PM PST via electronic submission only. No exceptions.

Completed Project Information Survey must be submitted electronically by the deadline:

Please note that submitting a Project Information Survey will not automatically grant you assistance from the City. The selection process will largely depend on the competitiveness of the project based on the HCD Guidelines and City priorities.


Virtual Informational Session

Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 2:00 - 3:00 PM PST

Attendance is not mandatory. The session will provide background on the City’s past Homekey rounds, highlight new changes, and address any questions you may have.
