I would like to consult with a judicial scrivener who can help me with inheritance registration in Japan from April, or how to order documents and inheritance registration notary public.

I am a resident of LA. I am looking for a judicial scrivener who can consult with me on how to order documents, etc. for registration of inheritance, which will become obligatory in Japan from April this year.
I would appreciate it if someone who knows how to order documents or knows about notary public could give me some advice.

Registration of heirs to real estate has been mandatory in Japan since April of this year, but due to family reasons I cannot decide on heirs right now, so I would like to send the documents with a note that "discussions are in progress". I would appreciate it if you could tell me what I should do if I want to send the documents from overseas. I would like to ask a lawyer who has helped me with a certificate of residence before to provide me with a certificate of residence.
