We do stretching, walking while pushing strollers, leg and back, beauty butt training, pelvic floor muscle adjustment and simple yoga. I have helped many mothers and babies enjoy raising their children by connecting them with each other. I am looking forward to being back again and being of service to you all.

Instructor is a mother of two in the US and has been teaching for 16 years in Japan and the US. Before Covid, she taught maternity classes, postpartum bics, and pelvic floor exercises in Torrance. She has also organized events for baby&mothers.
