Private room with Shared Bath available in peaceful Redondo Beach

Safe and quiet neighborhood in South Redondo beach.

We are looking for one female housemate to fill the 3rd room available in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath beach townhome about 0.6 miles from the Redondo Beach Pier.

Prefer someone who does not work from home as one of us works from home 4 days a week. No smoking, vaping or any drugs allowed. No pets. Single occupancy for the room. No overnight guests to be considerate of your housemates. We are two friendly, clean, and respectful working female professionals (one is in her mid 20's, another in mid 40's). Would love someone drama-free to join us!
