Housemate currently living in the master room is relocating to another state and we are looking for a new person.



・ Term ： Long term

・ Move in date ： End of April or later

・ Location ： Nijiya on 182nd Street in Torrance 1 min walk from Market, close to 405 freeway, good transportation

・ Parking ： Street, but no problem

・ Deposit ： $ 1600
・ Rent ： $ 1250/month

・ Utilities ： $ 60~/month

・ Room ： 2100sqft house, ground floor Master room, quite spacious. Approx. 620sqft. comes with private bathroom and 2 large closets.

・ Furniture ： None

・ Laundry ： Both washer and dryer in garage

・ Gender ： Japanese working people preferred （ All 3 roommates are 30 ～ 40s male. ）

・ Smoking ： Outside is OK

・ Kitchen ： Shared

・ Prohibited items ： Pets, noise ・ Parties, frequent parties, frequent visits by outsiders, etc. Moderation and common sense are preferred
