I am 40 years old, born in Tokyo, but grew up eating Nagasaki food since childhood as my parents are from Nagasaki, I would like to know if there are any restaurants in the LA,OC area that serve good Nagasaki Champon.
I have tried it myself on Cookpad and other places but it is far from the taste of my mother and grandmother.
