Looking for someone to replace light fixtures in bathrooms and toilets.

The light fixture for the bathroom is rusty and dirty and we would like to replace it. We are looking forward to hearing from anyone who is reliable and willing to take on this project for a low fee, as it is electrical related.　We have not yet purchased a new light fixture, so any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.　Thank you in advance.
