Alzheimer's ・ Conference （ Keiro and Alzheimer's LA co-sponsored ）

Keiro and Alzheimer's Los Angeles are pleased to announce the second annual Alzheimer's Disease Conference will be held virtually. Simultaneous English and Japanese interpretation will be provided at this event.

This free event will feature experts in Alzheimer's disease and related disorders presenting on the Dementia Friends （ Dementia Friends ） program and practical tips for caregivers to help make society more livable for people with dementia. The conference will also feature resources developed by Alzheimer's Los Angeles and Keiro.

"Dementia Friends" （ Dementia Friends ） is changing the way people think, act, talk and otherwise approach dementia This is the name of a global social movement that aims to change the way people think, act, talk, etc. about dementia. This talk will include information about dementia, what it is like to live with dementia, and advice on communicating with people with dementia. Dementia Friends helps build a community that can better support people with dementia by promoting a better understanding of dementia.

Part 2: Managing Behavioral Challenges for People with Dementia
