Lompoc （ Lompoc ） to Amtrak （ Amtrak ） ＆ Sightseeing 1 day tour from LA

Due to train departure times, this is a full-day tour, leaving early in the morning and returning around 6 ～ 7 pm. We look forward to an enjoyable day spent with you.

■ Amtrak
A train ride not often available in Los Angeles' car-based society, Amtrak is the nation's premier passenger rail system. Board at Union Station in downtown L.A. and enjoy a four-hour train ride to Lompoc-Surf Station. The train also offers beautiful views of the oceanfront from the windows. This unmanned station along the coastline is adjacent to Ocean Park and offers beautiful views after you get off the train.

■ Lompoc
The mild climate is ideal for flower growing, and fresh flower harvesting has been a thriving activity in this small town for nearly 100 years. The grounds of the flower garden are filled with a wide variety of brightly colored flowers. We will be traveling along a route with a view of the flower garden on the way.

■ La Purísima Mission State Historic Park
Founded in 1787, this old mission has been restored to its 1820s mission heyday. It is visited by over 200,000 visitors each year for a glimpse of California's heritage.
