| Job Description | Job Description The prospective executive will initially learn the following tasks. • Employee Management → Communicate with staff, provide training and guidance, and manage schedules • Sanitation → Sanitation methods required by State and City • Store Management → Check sales, cash ・ Inventory • Store Operations → Ensure that our ramen and other restaurant items are cooked the way they should be San Francisco has strict City sanitation standards, so you will be required to obtain the necessary certifications to maintain store sanitation and serve alcohol.
