Job Description	Responsibilities: ● The Server is responsible for ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing knowledgeable, efficient, and professional service. ● Greeting guests and providing them with menus and beverage lists. ● Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using knowledge of menu items and wine list to make recommendations. ● Delivering food and beverage orders to tables in a timely and efficient manner. ● Checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and addressing any concerns or complaints. ● Processing payment transactions accurately and efficiently. ● Assisting with setting up and breaking down dining room tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining room. ● Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth flow of service. ● Maintaining knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures, as well as industry standards for hospitality. ● Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and licensing requirements. Requirements: ● 1-2 years of experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. ● Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine service and pairing. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ● Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. ● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. ● Must have a current California Food Handler Card and Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license.
