仕事内容	-Employee Records Management: Assist in maintaining employee records to ensure compliance with legal requirements. -Insurance Records Administration: Support upkeeping of employee insurance records. -Serve as the first point of contact for the HR division, relay/forward the emails to the relevant team members, manage correspondence, and phone calls. -Maintain the data files such as the Company Car List, company contact list, and employee number file. Upload the documents into filing systems such as share folder. -Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.Prepare and manage outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes.
