Hello,
This is a private Guesthouse with private bedroom and Private entrance. There is a Privacy wall at your door as well, along with a secured private gate entry. Newly remodeled Bathroom is directly next to your room with Bluetooth ceiling speaker and blue/orange lighting options.

I provide you a Rice Cooker, Microwave, and small refrigerator + full access to the main large refrigerator inside the Main House. You also have a separate Freezer if you wish to freeze your food.

There is easy street parking, and you enter through a side gate with private key.
House has excellent security in addition as well (cameras and our little dog).

The bathroom is somewhat shared but the other tenant works 12-hour shifts (3pm-3am)……so you have bathroom to yourself very often most of week.

I will also include a Standing Desk (ergonomic-friendly) in your room. Lastly, the room is furnished with a very nice large Cabinet wardrobe desk. See photos. The front main house has a full Kitchen if you need.

The Room -DOES NOT- have a kitchen inside your space. But again, you can use the main house kitchen for the big refrigerator if you need it. Please be clean. My wife and and I live in front. She cooks everyday.

I will also include an air conditioner for summer time hot weather, gas range oven in main house kitchen, and 600mpbs Wi-Fi.

Rent includes everything , all utilities
$1000 per month
Deposit is the same amount and due upon move-in. So $2000.00 to move in. If you can pay multiple months in advance, I will reduce the rent for you!! I’m looking for a nice peaceful tenant who works full time or Student full time.
