(GARDENA) LOOKING FOR 2 ROOMMATES PLEASE

Hello! I am looking for 2 roommates.

The house is a 3 bedroom and 2 & 1/2 bathroom townhome located in Gardena, near Tokyo Central on Redondo Beach Blvd.
I currently live in the main bedroom with 1 small dog and 2 cats.

Bedroom #1 : $900/month with $450 deposit (This room is bigger)
Bedroom #2 : $800/month with $400 deposit

Included in rent is :
- Wifi, utilities, water etc
- Coway filtered hot water, iced water, ambient, ice (filter changed every 3 months)
- Air conditioning
- indoor washer and dryer
- Any cooking is allowed
- Bathroom with shower (to be shared with roommate)
- There is only 1 parking available, so whoever rents first will get the parking spot

Shared spaces/items
- Living room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom
- Can use vacuum, refrigerator, rice cooker, air fryer

I am looking for someone kind, respectful and roommates to look out for each other.
Can be male or female roommate.
Must be pet friendly please.
