Private room with shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The room is located on the top three floors, and there are no rooms on either side of the room, so you will not be bothered by any noise or noise from the next room.

The size of the private room is about 6 tatami ～ 8 tatami. It is not large, but there is a built-in closet in the room, which is probably large enough for a single person. There is also a small Ikea wardrobe for your use. A bed and, if necessary, a desk and chair are also available. The kitchen and dishes are at your disposal.

Monthly $ 800 rent includes utilities. $ 400 deposit is required for stays longer than 30 days.

Wi-Fi is also free, but once inside the room the signal is often poor, so I used a Wi-Fi extender (available on Amazon for about $ 20 ～ ＄ 30). It still wasn't fast, but I could use Zoom without any problems, although the image quality was a bit degraded. If you want to install your own internet because the speed is not fast enough, T-Mobile's portable home internet is convenient and cheapest ($ 50/month). There is also a trial period and no binding period (but please check the details yourself).

The mother and son often go out between 7 ～ 9 am and return home at 6 ～ 8 pm on weekdays. Therefore, they were out most weekday days and often on weekends as well.

There is a washer and dryer on site that is shared by the entire apartment, but there is a fee for this service (washer $ 2, dryer $ 1.75).

Parking is off-street parking. Before 6:00 pm, you can find a space in the neighborhood, but after 6:00 pm, it is more difficult to find a space. If you look around, you can find one somewhere, but it may take some time before you find it.

If you don't have a car, there is a bus stop 3 ～ 5 minutes walk away. The tram station is a 4-5 block walk away, and you can get to most places in LA by bus and streetcar, even if it takes longer. There are several supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. However, we recommend that you check the surrounding area yourself using Google Maps, etc.



You do not need to sign a long-term contract. However, please give us 30 days notice if you do not wish to renew your contract.
