● Business society is competitive.　If you don't win the competition, you won't be able to survive now or in the future.　One of the most powerful weapons to win this
competition is AI.

● The use of AI is being promoted in the business world.　It is achieving remarkable results in increasing productivity, reducing costs, providing better customer service,
saving time, and replacing hazardous jobs that humans cannot do.　The field of application is expanding rapidly from simple robotic movements
to more cerebral work ・ and interaction with humans
in production, distribution, service, and ， business.

● Especially for customers, ChatGP is effective for business PR ・ and establishing customer relations.

However, small business owners do not really understand
how it can be used.　They do not have large production plants or global logistics
operations.　We would like to know what kind of AI applications are available and what are the options.

● Also, AI adoption is not always a good thing.　Some businesses have warned
