Status check of WEP review

I would like to exchange information with anyone on the information board who is eligible for a WEP review

I received review letters from SSA in March and June （ same as March ）
I received the March letter and on May 2 I filled out and sent in the SSA-308:
I then received the same letter in June and sent in the SSA-308 again
just in case. 308: and sent it I then sent the SSA-308 again, just in case I received the same letter in June
I then contacted the SS office, but they knew that I had received the SSA-308 at the local office and requested final confirmation from headquarters I then sent the SSA-308 again I then sent the SSA-308 again, but this time to the SS office.
However, almost 4 months later, I have not received any response

I am posting this in the hope that I can share this information with others who are in a similar situation, have heard back, or are about to send an SSA-308.
