2/11 （ Sat ） Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance will be hosting a Japanese language childbirth preparation class via zoom ！

If you are currently pregnant and will be giving birth in the US for the first time, we invite you and your spouse to attend. We hope you will join us.
We will explain in an easy-to-understand manner, using PowerPoint and video, the difference between normal delivery process, painless delivery, C-section, etc., postpartum maternity blues, how to care for a newborn baby, breastfeeding, etc.
We will also talk about the differences between the Japanese and American hospital systems and the current state of hospitals.
