I am looking for someone who would like to join my apartment next to mine, as requested by my landlord.

The room will be on the ground floor, parking lot side of a small two-story, four-room apartment building with only four rooms, standing on a small street in North Hollywood. It is right off the Burbank Blvd exit of the 170 freeway, a relatively safe area in North Hollywood. It is a 15 minute walk from the North Hollywood Metro Red Line subway station and the Orange Line bus stop is also within walking distance.

2 parking spaces included, shared laundry room （ Yes ） Yes, water included. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining space. If necessary, a simple storage room can be built at the end of the parking lot to create space for personal belongings that can be stored in the garage or on the balcony.

I have lived here with my wife for 10 years now. There are a couple of men and a woman living in each of the other two units. The apartment is relatively quiet as there are no children. No pets and no smoking.
