I am renting out my entire music recording and podcasting space located in the heart of downtown Glendale. The space includes thousands of dollars of investment in high-quality acoustic sound treatment (all measured and custom installed by a sound engineer according to room specs), monitoring, and modern decor: a comfortable, modern sofa, coffee table, mini-fridge, two heavy-duty desks, and great air conditioning. Ergonomic workspace and an electric standing desk are also part of your experience here. Dimmable Edison lights are also included to create a warm, cozy ambience in the studio.

The place is ready to go with everything you need to get started. You can bring your own gear of course, but if you need studio monitors provided, that can be arranged as well.

Brand new, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi internet connection and all utilities (within reasonable use) are included in your monthly rent. Also included is 24-hour security and building access, a large rooftop patio and lounge area overlooking the city, communal kitchen space, air conditioning, and indoor gym access.

Parking pass is also available.

You will also have the opportunity to network with many others working in the entertainment, TV, film, podcast, and music industries.
