日本人の女の子1人、アメリカ人の女の子2人。
みんなとても親切で、フレンドリーで、一緒に住んでいて笑いと楽しさにあふれた素晴らしい経験でした！
清潔さ

ルームメイトの一人とバスルームをシェアしていますが、彼女はとてもきれい好きです。彼女はいつも私たちの共有スペースをきれいに整理整頓しようと努力してくれて、本当に感謝しています。

家賃は$1,550/月ですが、8月までは$1,499/月になります。

I'm looking for someone to take over my room at The Harbour in Orange Coast College ASAP as I will be transferring to a university.

Details about the room:

🏠Type: 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment、Both men and women are welcome!
Floor: 4th floor (no garbage smell to worry about!)
Special feature: Corner room, so it’s larger than other rooms! 🛋️
About the roommates:

👤1 Japanese girl and 2 American girls
They’re all super nice, friendly, and kind—living with them has been such a wonderful experience filled with laughter and fun!
Cleanliness:

🛀I share a bathroom with one of the roommates, and she’s extremely tidy. She always makes an effort to keep our shared space clean and organized, which I really appreciate.

💰The lent is supposed to be $1,559 per month but if you take over my room, it will be $1,499 before August because I have lived here for 2 years so that the rent is cheaper than original price.
