City-Initiated Zoning Code Amendment to Chapter 17.330 – Signs, to comprehensively update various standards, requirements, restrictions and allowances relating to signs (Case No. P2025-0125-ZCA).

WHY:



The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the City Council to review and receive public input on the proposed Zoning Code Amendment, which proposes to make a variety of updates.




*CEQA:*



Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3), the Project is exempt because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the Project, an update to Zoning Code standards relating to signs, will have a significant effect on the environment.

City Hall hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed every other Friday (Closed June 27th, July 4th and 11th). The Project file is currently available to view by contacting the case planner.
