フリーウェイ、ビーチ、空港にも近く何かと便利なHawthorneにあるアパートでルームメートを募集しています。
アメリカ人社会人とのルームシェアですので厳しいルールなどなく気楽に過ごせる家です。

Sweet place & great central location in a quiet neighborhood(no overhead plane or freeway noise). I have a bed room for rent in my 3 bedroom ,2 bath, 2 story Condo near LAX close to two highways.(405&105)

Less than 15 minutes to Manhattan Beach & LAX. 10 minutes to all the shopping: Costco, Whole foods, Walmart, etc. 7 minute walk to Green Line Hawthorne / Lennox Metro Station. Gyms 10 minutes away

Gated, safe and secure small community complex. Laundry rooms in Apt building.

Art Deco kitchen, granite counter top, oak cabinets.

Stove, dishwasher and fridge.

Large living room & dining room

Nice 🌞 Medium size bedroom with a big window

Room comes partially furnished with a built in closet, fairly new full size mattress, and nightstand . If you have your own stuff that’s fine too things can be added/removed.

Bathroom shared with one person.

The rest of the entire Apartment is currently fully furnished now with everything you'll need.


$1,100 per month. All utilities/parking spot will be $75 this includes all (gas, electric, high speed internet, trash, & water)

You will have a driveway carport parking spot.

Move in you need first month rent and one month deposit.


Seeking a trustworthy, stable income, drama free/easy going and clean fellow roommate. We keep the vibe fun and easy going with being friendly/respectful to each other.😄 Not a mormon house or a party spot. 😎 Occasional visitors or overnight guests are welcome as long as it doesn't feel like a another roommate has moved in.

Heavy drugs is a no go 🙅‍♂️  420 ✅ outside.

Unfortunately no Large dogs  allowed in complex

Small-Med  ESA/service dog/cat is possible and can be considered.
