Washing machine and dryer are available at the coin laundry on site $ 3 per time.

Car is 1 private parking space on site.
No pets, smoking, drugs, party hybrids and electric vehicle charging.
Camino College is a 10 minute walk. Free electric kickboards available for rent. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue area are also at your disposal. Recommended for students.
Guests are welcome to visit and stay as long as you let us know in advance.
We prefer quiet and clean people.
