I am looking for someone to immediately fill a beautifully furnished private room （ with a large private bathroom ） in an upscale area of Cheviot Hills/West La. It also has a walk-in closet.
15 minute drive to UCLA campus. Westfield Century City is a 10 minute drive. Santa Monica Calle is less than a 20 minute drive.
Move-in is available immediately.
Rent is $ 1600 per month. Short term is possible. Looking for someone to fill in right away.
No pets, no couples.
This is not an apartment, but a private room in a luxury Italian style house. The owners are very friendly.
There is no street cleaning in this area and no need to worry about space to park your car.
