New Year Kimono Contest!
On New Year's Day in Little Tokyo, we will have our first kimono contest in 3 years ！.
On January 1, LA Kimono Club will be holding a Kimono Contest ！ No age, gender, or race is required this time ！ Any type of traditional Japanese kimono is acceptable. We will be judging by the way you walk on stage, pose, and wear your kimono. For the first time, the judging panel will include several judges prepared by the club as well as a voting system from the audience.
The prize money for first place will be ＄ 200 ！ There will also be great prizes for second and third place. In addition, all participants will have their portraits taken by professionals.
