Summer Holiday Yoga

Please feel free to come as if you are doing radio exercises!

About children's participation, although our classes are geared toward adults, some participants bring their children along.
You can do yoga with or without your child ！
We are often asked about this, but no experience is necessary.

This is yoga for everyone, regardless of age or gender.

If there are American participants, the yoga class will be basically in English.
