:ooking for a long-term house share or private room around OC (Irvine, Tustin, Anaheim, Orange, or other areas) starting from September or October 2024.

I am a male in my 30s. I work as a security professional and a hospital corpsman/chief in the Navy Reserve. I am also studying Japanese and nursing.

I like to keep things clean, so a tidy home is ideal. I have no pets and do not smoke. I am looking for a long-term house share or private room around OC (Irvine, Tustin, Anaheim, Orange, or other areas) starting from September or October.

I would prefer rent around $1000, but I can pay more if necessary. It would be great if utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Access to the kitchen and laundry would be helpful. I also need one parking space.

できれば1000ドル前後のお家賃が希望ですがそれ以上払うことも可能です。ユーティリティやWi-Fiが込みだと嬉しいです。キッチン、ランドリーのアクセスがあると助かります。駐車スペースも一台必要となります。
