Deposit: $ 300 - fully refundable unless there is something wrong with the room when you move out.

Owners will be a Japanese-American couple in their 20s. We are looking for a clean, quiet student to working adult of about the same age.
Preference will be given to long term tenants, but short term is also possible.

We have a medium sized dog, so dog lovers are welcome.
