Santa Monica Master Room

- Master apartment in Santa Monica is available, end of November move in or move in anytime after the 27th, no rent for November.

- All utilities and internet are included. Deposit must be the same amount as rent.

- There is not much space in the living room and kitchen, so it would be better to have less luggage.

- Walking distance to Trader Joe's Marukai, Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, cafes, parks, etc.

-Freeway exit is Centinela at 10, very convenient, just a minute from the exit.

- If you are a student at SMC, you can walk to the apartment in 5 minutes. ✨

- The furniture in the apartment was used by the current roommate who is leaving and is in excellent condition.

- If you have a car, you can park it on the street. （ - If you have a car, you can park it on the street. ） We will give you a permit until next September.

- Washer and dryer are in the kitchen for your use.

- We are a busy family with myself and two boys （ ages 9 and 6 ）, small animals, reptiles and fish. We would welcome you to babysit on weekends on an irregular basis, but of course we won't ask you to do it by force.
