◆Types of rice to grow ( 3 types )
・ patriotic ( Uruchi rice )
now A maboroshi rice that is rarely distributed. It used to be a regular food.
・ Sekitori ( Uruchi rice )
Named for its seldom falling over like Sekitori. Characterized by its small size and light texture. Has a nostalgic old-fashioned taste.
・ Mangetsumochi ( Mochi rice )
The best variety of glutinous rice planted by the Emperor in the paddy fields of the Imperial Palace. It is also used for imperial rituals. It has firm elasticity, stickiness, and firmness, but the texture is very smooth.
