Enjoy and deepen your understanding of Japanese culture ♫.

This is an event class to make "Koinobori" (carp streamers) with handmade stamps to decorate your home for Children's Day, a traditional Japanese children's event.

◆Date ：
1st ： April 24 （ Sun ） 3pm-4pm
2nd ： April 25 （ Mon ） 2pm-3pm
◆Target ： 4 years and up
◆Cost ： $20/trip

We will design the Koinobori scales using a "stamp type" that you will be asked to prepare in advance. Stamps can be toys in your room, things you can find in the kitchen, or anything else the children like according to their sensibilities.

Using the finished Koinobori, the class will have fun deepening their understanding of Japanese culture by playing a flag-raising game together and singing the "Koinobori" song together.

Ms. Mihoko, who has over 15 years of experience in early childhood education in Japan and the U.S., will gently help the children to create art that makes the most of their individuality.
