Program Description ：
The Master of Business Administration program is designed for professionals whose career and management responsibilities go beyond a single It is designed for professionals whose careers and management responsibilities go beyond a single functional specialty and require more advanced knowledge and skills in that area. Because more complex organizational knowledge and management skills are required, the emphasis is on interdisciplinary, integrated, and applied programs. The objective of this program is to provide executive-level critical and systematic thinking, team building, decision making, and leadership.

The program includes 10 prescribed core business courses and two electives, and each student may choose from a list of courses offered by the college based on his or her interest and concentration in different areas of business administration. The two electives allow each student the freedom to combine graduate-level electives offered by the university. Students also fulfill their theology requirement by taking two theology classes.

Core business courses include studies in accounting, business ethics, business law, finance, human resource management, international business, organizational management, strategic management, and statistical analysis (but not limited to). All courses emphasize ethical business behavior and conduct and responsible business practices in an increasingly pluralistic global society.
